Hey everyone,

I’ll be honest, I didn’t even think much about side effects in the beginning. I just assumed it would be like a normal focus tablet and I’d be fine.

So the first day I took Modawake 200 in the morning, I remember I was like “okay let’s see what the hype is about.” Nothing felt too crazy at first, just normal.

But then later in the day, I realised I wasn’t really feeling hungry. I skipped lunch without even noticing properly. At that time I thought “maybe I’m just busy”, I didn’t connect it to the tablet.

Next thing I noticed was at night. I was tired, but I just couldn’t fall asleep easily. I kept thinking “why am I still awake, I should be sleeping by now?” That’s when I first felt something was a bit off.

After a few days, I started noticing a pattern. If I took it even slightly late, my sleep would get worse. And on those days, the next day I’d feel a bit drained and irritated.

There was also this weird phase in between where I felt too alert but not comfortable, like my brain was awake but not in a relaxed way. I remember thinking “why am I so mentally switched on but not calm?”

And yeah, mild headache came a couple of times in the starting week, which made me pause and think maybe my body is still adjusting to it.

Slowly it made sense to me that it wasn’t something “wrong”, it was just my body reacting + my routine not being stable enough at that time.

Now I understand it better — if my sleep and timing are off, side effects show up more. If my routine is decent, things are mostly fine.

So yeah, that’s pretty much how it actually went for me. Not instant, not dramatic… just small things I noticed step by step.
