This goes back to my college days.I was never the kind of student who could sit and study for hours. I'd open my books, read two pages, then somehow end up scrolling my phone or talking to friends During one exam season, I was badly behind on everything. A friend told me about Armodafinil 250, and after reading a lot about it, I decided to try it.The first few hours felt pretty normal. Nothing dramatic. But later that evening, something felt different.I was sitting alone in my hostel room after finishing my studies, and I realised I just couldn't relax. Usually I'd put on music, joke around with my roommates or just go to sleep. That night, I kept thinking about random things from my life. Old school memories, future plans, mistakes I'd made my mind just kept wandering from one thought to another. It wasn't scary or anything, but it felt strange because I was physically tired and still completely awake mentally.I remember looking out of my hostel window at around 2 AM The next day I was okay, but that night always stayed in my memory. Not the focus part. Not the studying.Just that strange feeling of wanting to sleep but not being able to switch my thoughts off.

Hey Buddies,

One side effect of Artvigil 150 that caught me completely off guard wasn't the usual stuff people talk about.
A few months ago, I took it on a Sunday because I needed to catch up on some work from the week. Everything seemed fine. I was getting things done, answering emails, sorting out random tasks around the house.
Later that afternoon, my mum asked me a simple question and apparently I gave a really short answer. Then another. Then another Eventually she asked Are you annoyed about something? The funny thing was I wasn't annoyed at all.I just realised I'd been so focused on what I was doing that I barely felt like talking to anyone. Not in a bad mood, not angry, just weirdly quiet and locked into my own head.It wore off later, but it was strange because nobody ever mentions little things like that when discussing side effects.

A few months ago, I decided to try Artvigil 150 after hearing a lot of positive things about it online.
To be honest, my experience wasn't great.
The first few hours seemed fine, but by the afternoon I started feeling strangely uncomfortable. My heart felt like it was beating harder than usual, I couldn't relax, and I had this constant feeling that something wasn't right even though I couldn't explain why.I tried distracting myself by watching TV and talking with family, but the uneasy feeling just wouldn't go away. The worst part came at night. I got into bed expecting to fall asleep normally, but I was still awake hours later. I remember checking the clock repeatedly and getting more frustrated as the night went on.The next morning I felt exhausted, irritated, and completely drained. Instead of feeling productive, I felt like I had traded one problem for another.I know many people have positive experiences with Artvigil 150, but for me the side effects outweighed any benefits. After that experience, I decided it simply wasn't worth using again.

big mistake by afternoon i was sitting at work feeling like my chest had bluetooth speakers inside it heartbeat fast as hell for absolutely no reason and because my brain was already overstimulated, i started convincing myself something was seriously wrong went to the bathroom like 5 times just to calm downthe funny part is externally i probably looked completely normal. meanwhile internally i was fighting for my life after one flat white and two iced coffees also got this super weird shaky feeling in my hands. not dramatic movie-style shaking, just enough that i kept noticing it while typing.after work i thought going home would help but nah.my body felt exhausted but mentally i was still active. ended up sitting on my bed at midnight watching random conspiracy videos about how dolphins sleep with one eye open that was the moment i realised artvigil doesn’t even feel like energy sometimes. it feels more like your brain refuses to switch off.

next day i crashed so hard too. headache, dry eyes, irritated mood whole experience humbled me honestly learned that lesson the hard way

One of the worst experiences I had with Modvigil 200mg happened during a long drive back home from Melbourne. I had slept badly the previous night and thought taking it would help me stay alert for the trip.

At first everything felt normal. I was awake, focused, music was playing, and the drive actually felt easier than usual. But after a few hours I started feeling strangely tense for no reason. My jaw felt tight, my mouth was completely dry, and I noticed I kept clenching my teeth without realising it.

The weirdest part was when I stopped for food and realised I wasn’t even hungry despite not eating properly the whole day. Later that night, even after reaching home exhausted, I still couldn’t fall asleep easily. My body was tired but my brain felt fully awake.

That experience honestly made me more careful with Modvigil 200mg. Now I avoid taking it without proper sleep, drink much more water, and never mix it with too much caffeine anymore.

It still helps me during demanding days, but that trip definitely taught me side effects can hit harder when your routine is already messed up.

Been using Modvigil 200 on and off for a few months now here in Australia, and while the focus benefits were definitely real for me, the side effects honestly caught me off guard at first.

The first thing I noticed was the DRY mouth
Like no matter how much water I drank, my mouth still felt weirdly dry the whole day. Then came the headaches whenever I forgot to stay hydrated properly. Took me a while to realise water actually makes a huge difference with this stuff.

Another thing nobody warned me about was how emotionally “flat” I sometimes felt on it. Not depressed or anything serious… just less social and kinda robotic. My friends even asked me once if I was annoyed about something because apparently I looked super serious all day 😂

Sleep issues were probably the worst side effect for me though. One time I took it after lunch because I barely slept the previous night and thought it would help. Ended up staring at my ceiling till almost sunrise. Since then I never touch it after morning time.

A few side effects I personally experienced:

dry mouth almost every time

random headaches if I skip water

ppetite disappears completely

trouble sleeping if taken late

sometimes overthinking at night

The weirdest part is that even when my body feels tired, my brain still feels “ON” for hours. Hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it yourself.

Not trying to scare anyone because overall Modvigil did help my productivity a lot during stressful work weeks, but I definitely understand now why people say to respect the dosage and timing with Modafinil.

Curious if other Australians here also got the weird emotionally-flat feeling or if that’s just me 😅
