I started using Artvigil 150 during a really stressful period when my work schedule and sleep routine were completely ruined. In the beginning I was only focused on the productivity side of it, so I honestly ignored the safety part and thought “if it helps me stay awake, then it’s fine.” 😅

The first few days actually felt great. I was focused, alert, getting work done faster… but then I slowly started noticing small side effects that caught me off guard.

The biggest one for me was dehydration and headaches. I didn’t even realise it was connected at first. One evening I had this weird dry mouth, headache, and felt mentally drained even though I’d been productive all day. Then I realised I’d barely eaten or drank water properly since morning.

Another thing I experienced was trouble sleeping when I took it too late. One time I took my dose around lunchtime thinking it wouldn’t matter much… terrible idea 😭 I was lying in bed completely awake while everyone else in my house was asleep.

I also noticed that mixing too much coffee with Artvigil made me feel overstimulated and anxious. Now I keep caffeine very limited whenever I use it.

Safety-wise, I learned that this isn’t the kind of medicine you should use carelessly just because other people online say it works for them. Everyone’s body reacts differently. For me, using the correct timing, staying hydrated, eating properly, and not overdoing the dosage made a huge difference.

The medicine itself helped me with focus, but understanding the side effects and respecting the safety side of it honestly mattered just as much.
