I learned the hard way that timing matters more than anything with Waklert and Modalert. If I took it too late in the morning, sleep at night was almost impossible even when I felt physically tired.

For work and study, the focus boost was great, but after using it multiple days in a row my sleep cycle got messed up and I started feeling mentally drained. Now I only use it when really needed and always make sure to get proper recovery sleep afterwards.

One thing that genuinely helped:

taking it early morning

drinking more water

avoiding too much coffee

and not using it daily

Artvigil felt a little smoother for me compared to stronger options, especially when it came to sleeping normally later. Everybody reacts differently though. Some people handle it fine, others stay awake for hours.
