I work morning shifts sometimes and honestly i’m terrible at waking up early
before artvigil 150 my mornings were always a mess alarm rings snooze alarm again snooze again then suddenly i’m running around the house half asleep trying to find my keys and wallet a few months ago i had a full week of early shifts and my sleep schedule was already ruined, so i tried artvigil 150 properly for the first time and honestly it helped way more than i expected.
usually in morning shifts my brain takes forever to wake up. people talk to me and i just nod pretending i understand but on artvigil i actually felt awake small things became easier too remembering tasks replying properly not forgetting what i was doing every 5 minutes even my coworker asked me why are you so organised lately overall it honestly made stressful morning shifts feel much easier for me.

Reading this honestly feels like morning shifts hit way harder when your sleep is messed up 😅
That “half asleep but still functioning” part is so real, it paints a perfect picture.
Good that you felt more in control and clear while working though.
It’s interesting how quickly the body tries to adjust in situations like this.
Hope your future shifts feel a bit smoother and less stressful overall.

yeah honestly that whole week felt completely different for me usually with morning shifts i spend half the day trying to wake up mentally while pretending i’m functioning normally but on artvigil i noticed i wasn’t constantly forgetting small things or zoning out during conversations even after work i still had enough energy to do stuff at home instead of instantly crashing on the bed definitely made those early shifts feel way less painful honestly.

Those early shifts usually feel like you’re just dragging yourself through the day half-awake, even if you’re physically present.
If something helped you stay a bit more mentally “online” and less forgetful or zoned out, I can see why that week felt noticeably easier.

At the same time, it also sounds like it didn’t just change energy levels, but how long you could stay functional after work too — which can feel like a big difference when your routine is packed.

But yeah, the contrast you described between normal mornings and that week is pretty clear.

Haha, the pretending I'm functioning normally part is way too relatable That was probably the biggest difference for me. I wasn't suddenly full of energy, but I felt more switched on. Instead of spending the first few hours trying to wake up mentally, I could actually focus on what was in front of me.Those early shifts still weren't fun, but they definitely felt a lot more manageable.
