My cousin is normally the type of person who panics first and studies later every exam season is the same story making timetables watching study videos highlighting notes but barely actually studying last semester he started using Modvigil 200 because he was seriously behind on everything honestly i thought it was just another internet trend at first but after a few days even his behaviour felt different usually he’d complain every 20 minutes about being tired or bored while studying but on modvigil he’d just quietly sit there for hours without getting distracted by his phone or random nonsense funniest part was my aunt getting suspicious because suddenly he was waking up early and studying without anyone forcing him still had side effects though. he barely felt hungry and sleep became messy if he used it too late but overall it was probably the first exam season where i saw him genuinely focused instead of just stressed all the time

Some people don’t lack effort, they just struggle to sit still and actually follow through — so when that “distraction loop” breaks, the difference becomes really obvious.
The part where he was just quietly studying for hours without complaining says a lot.

But yeah, what you mentioned about appetite and sleep is pretty much the trade-off people notice early on.
Still, compared to constant stress + no real studying, being actually focused for once probably felt like a win for him.

He didn’t turn into some study machine or anything, it was more like he just stopped doing that usual drama of starting, stopping, checking phone, getting bored, repeat 😅 He would just sit there and quietly keep going for hours, which is very unlike him Even my aunt was like what did you do to him? because suddenly he’s waking up early on his own and actually opening books without being pushed every 10 minutes.
But yeah, it wasn’t all perfect. He did eat less and his sleep was kind of off if he used it late. So it’s not like some magic fix, it just made him more steady during a really stressful exam period.
