Had a really important meeting at work a few weeks ago and i was already running on almost no sleep usually when i’m tired my brain just stops working properly. people talk to me and i nod like i understand but inside i’m completely lost that morning i took artvigil 250 hoping it would at least keep me awake.
honestly didn’t expect much but during the meeting i noticed i could actually follow conversations properly without zoning out every 2 minutes normally in long meetings i start thinking about random stuff food weekend plans literally anything except work but this time i stayed focused the whole way through and even answered questions properly without panicking

Yeah, that “nodding like you understand but actually being completely lost” feeling is way too real when you’re sleep deprived 😅

It’s interesting how you didn’t feel anything dramatic, but the difference showed up in small things — like actually following the conversation and not drifting off every few minutes.
That’s probably the biggest shift, not more energy, just being mentally present.

And the fact that you could answer questions without that usual panic says a lot.
Sounds like it didn’t make you feel different, it just removed that constant brain fog for a while.

Exactly. Looking back, the biggest difference wasn't that I felt more energetic, it was that I could actually stay engaged Usually when I'm exhausted, I'll hear someone talking and then suddenly realise I've missed half of what they said because my mind wandered off somewhere else That day felt different. I was actually listening, following the discussion, and responding without having to constantly play catch-up in my head. Small thing, but it made the meeting a lot less stressful.
