Honestly, I didn’t have any big expectations when I started using Artvigil 250. I was just dealing with constant fatigue and trouble staying focused for long hours.

The first time I took it, I didn’t feel anything dramatic or like an instant energy boost. It was more subtle — I just noticed I wasn’t getting distracted as easily, and I could sit and work for much longer without constantly switching tasks or checking my phone.

It doesn’t feel like “hyper energy” or anything like that. It’s more like your brain just stays in a steady, alert state.

One thing I did notice though — if I don’t drink enough water or skip meals, I can get a mild headache or feel a bit off later in the day. So basics like hydration actually matter a lot.

Sleep timing is also important. If I take it too late, it can definitely delay my sleep at night.

Overall, it’s not a magic productivity pill, but on heavy workload days it does help me stay focused and consistent without feeling mentally drained too early.
