Honestly Artvigil 250 felt weird for me at first
I remember taking it before work and thinking “yeah okay maybe this thing is fake” because nothing dramatic happened straight away. Then a few hours later I realised I’d been helping my younger brother with his school project for nearly three hours without once getting distracted or checking my phone

My mum even joked that she hadn’t seen me sit still that long in years.
Later that night though, instead of sleeping normally, I ended up cleaning random kitchen shelves at midnight while everyone else in the house was asleep.

Body tired brain still fully awake.

Here’s a more natural, human-style reply:

Not gonna lie, this made me laugh a bit because I’ve had a very similar kind of day 😅

That “nothing’s happening” feeling at the start is so misleading, and then suddenly you realise you’ve been locked into something for hours without even thinking about it. Helping your brother for 3 hours straight without checking your phone… yeah that’s exactly how it sneaks up on you.

And the midnight cleaning part? Too real 😂 that “body tired but brain still fully on” phase is probably the weirdest part of it.

From my experience, that’s usually a sign the timing wasn’t ideal or maybe the dose was a bit strong for that day. When it hits right, it feels smooth, but when it stretches into the night, sleep just doesn’t happen properly.

Overall though, your experience sounds pretty typical — not instant, but once it kicks in, it really locks you in whether you planned it or not.

Exactly 😅
The funny thing is that while I was helping my brother, I didn't feel especially focused or productive. It just felt normal at the time. It was only afterwards that I realised I'd spent hours on one thing without getting distracted once. The midnight cleaning was what really made me notice it though. I've definitely learned that just because you're physically tired doesn't mean your brain got the same message. That's probably the part that caught me off guard the most with Artvigil.
Have you found that eating properly or taking it earlier helps with the sleep side of things? I'm still trying to figure out what works best.
