The Side Effects I Learned About After Using Artvigil 150 mg

I started using Artvigil 150 during a really stressful period when my work schedule and sleep routine were completely ruined. In the beginning I was only focused on the productivity side of it, so I honestly ignored the safety part and thought “if it helps me stay awake, then it’s fine.” 😅

The first few days actually felt great. I was focused, alert, getting work done faster… but then I slowly started noticing small side effects that caught me off guard.

The biggest one for me was dehydration and headaches. I didn’t even realise it was connected at first. One evening I had this weird dry mouth, headache, and felt mentally drained even though I’d been productive all day. Then I realised I’d barely eaten or drank water properly since morning.

Another thing I experienced was trouble sleeping when I took it too late. One time I took my dose around lunchtime thinking it wouldn’t matter much… terrible idea 😭 I was lying in bed completely awake while everyone else in my house was asleep.

I also noticed that mixing too much coffee with Artvigil made me feel overstimulated and anxious. Now I keep caffeine very limited whenever I use it.

Safety-wise, I learned that this isn’t the kind of medicine you should use carelessly just because other people online say it works for them. Everyone’s body reacts differently. For me, using the correct timing, staying hydrated, eating properly, and not overdoing the dosage made a huge difference.

The medicine itself helped me with focus, but understanding the side effects and respecting the safety side of it honestly mattered just as much.

That’s actually a really balanced and honest breakdown of your experience — especially how you noticed the shift from “just productivity boost” to the real-life side effects.

The dehydration + headache part is something a lot of people overlook at first, so it makes sense you didn’t connect it immediately. These kinds of meds can subtly reduce appetite/thirst signals, so by the time you feel off, your body is already catching up with missed basics like water and food.

The sleep timing issue you mentioned is also pretty classic — even a small delay in dose can completely shift your night, especially if your system is sensitive. And yeah, the caffeine stacking effect is real too… it can turn “focused” into “wired and restless” very quickly.

What stands out in your experience is that you actually adjusted your routine instead of just pushing through it — hydration, food, timing, and caffeine control. That part usually makes more difference long-term than people expect.

Out of curiosity, after those adjustments, did you find the focus benefits stayed consistent for you, or did they feel less strong over time?

Yeah, that’s exactly what happened for me too. The initial “kick” kind of settled down after a while, but in a good way. It didn’t feel as intense as the first few days, but it became more steady and predictable.

I think once the body gets used to it, it stops feeling like a sudden boost and more like a consistent level of alertness. Honestly, I preferred that because it was easier to plan my day without those ups and downs.

It still works, just not in that “wow” way like the beginning — more like a stable support for focus.
